Title: Sequencer skips notes too often - OR is my KSP haunted??

I swear to God my KSP is haunted.  It does the most random things.  The other day it began playing the sequencer at 3am while I was sleeping.

Anywho - The sequencer skips notes way too often, and sometimes when I'm playing the keyboard too.  Especially when triggering CV.  Randomness is set to 100, so it's not that.  Scale is set to chromatic.

Any other reasons why it would skip a trig?  Is the gate signal not strong enough maybe?
