I already own V Collection 7 and my account works fine on the Software Centre application. However when going on the site to upgrade to version 8, it won't let me log in to my account nor reset my password due to my email being blocked. This is getting extremely frustrating, can someone please help me resolve this issue ASAP! Cheers

Two days before Christmas might not be the best time to expect a fast reply however.

Yes tried using that form already, first a few weeks ago when collection 8 dropped with no reply, and again just yesterday. Thanks!
