Title: Unable to register Pigments

I just purchased pigments through guitar center. I received my license key and unlock code. They don't work. I cannot activate my software. I have the demo installed and uninstalled it from my computer using the arturia software center (imac, current os) and it still doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? why can't I use this?

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

Are you saying, that you can't install and activate through Arturia Software Center?
Do you have Pigments on your Arturia account?
Where have you purchased Pigments?
