Title: Matrixbrute aftertouch not working

Hi all
in my Matrixbrute (bought on May 2018, rarely used, only in my room, first owner...) aftertouch does not work, it's inconsistent, faulty, emitting glitches or nothing.
It's 2.0
I have seen others have experienced such a problem. Any solution / suggestion?

AFAIR, the problem arose after the 2.0 ver. I have reinstalled the firmware, but no work.
More in deep, the MB responds to aftertouch sent from an external midi keyboard (Novation) and sends AT messages correctly when used as a Midi master kbd... so it should not be a hardware, keybed related problem...
Can you help me?

Does it affect both black and white keys? They have separate aftertouch strips, so if just one of the two is misbehaving it may be a loose connector.

Check the software version of the KBD Wheels board. Maybe reflash the firmware for it. https://forum.arturia.com/index.php?topic=98520.msg163554#msg163554
