Title: Keys E2 to B2 not transmitting midi signal

My new Keylab Essential 61 is not transmitting a midi signal on keys E2 to B2. The MIDI Control Center does not show any reaction on these 8 keys using the option MIDI Console.
All others keys are fine.

Already tested:
- another pc (Both Windows 10)
- factory reset of the Essential
- another usb cable
- update to firmware 1.1.6 (same result as firmware 1.1.5).

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

You've tried everything I would normally suggest. Sounds to me like you just simply got the faulty machine. However surely when you say it's not receiving a midi signal you mean it's not transmitting a midi signal?

Yes, when I push one of the mentioned 8 keys on the Keylab, I do not see any midi reaction in MIDI Control Center using the option MIDI Console.
On all other keys I am getting a midi response.

What will be my next step to do?
