Title: Favourite Presets

I would like to have the option to save and quickly browse through the presets I use the most.

It could work as follows:

SHIFT + SAVE could toggle the preset to be favourite (or removed from favourites).
SHIFT + PRESET WHEEL to browse only through the favourites
