Title: Registration not working

 I just recently bought a Keylab Essential 49, however, the serial code and unlock code I have isn't working. I bought it new from the store so I know it shouldn't be registered to anybody else, so I desperately need help. Thank you for your time and whoever can help me.

Ask Arturia's support.  They should resolve your problem.  They don't always read the posts here unless they're looking for new ideas or looking for bugs with newly released products
