Title: X-mas gift Rev-PLATE-140 doesn't appear in my account

yesterday I tried to add the Rev-PLATE-140 to my account and downloaded it with the Arturia Software Center.

But it is still in Demo mode.

And when I view my account on the website
I see it is still not added to my account.   :(

Any ideas on this?

Have you tried that? I don't no if that make a difference.

I think it's a great holliday gift. Many thanks to Arturia for that.

Have you recieved a mail from Arturia about a successful registration of the reverb? Perhaps you have'nt, if the reverb is'nt on your account, as you say. I also assume you have tried to activate, if you have a activation button, but still it can't activate, if the product is'nt on your account, and if you have'nt recieved an activation code to enter manually.
If you have'nt recieved a mail, then perhaps you should try to repeat the whole process, if you have'nt tried that yet.

If that does'nt work, then i suggest you contact Arturia. Perhaps there are something wrong with the web services then.

Same problem for me. It only appears as a downloadable demo. Has anyone succeeded? What did you do differently?

It's an incredibly generous offer but they don't seem to have debugged whatever process allows registered users to download the full plugin as anything but a demo.

Great. Congratulation.

It look like Arturia have some kind of issues with the web services at the moment.
The day i got my holliday gift, it was'nt instant, and i did have to try to install and activate a couple of times, but i believe it took less than a half hour. I was thinking there was a lot of traffic, but perhaps there are other issues too. There are many reports about registration issues these days, and that's not normal.

I can confirm I the activation arrived after a couple of days. Looking at other recent posts on this forum it seems various new users are having issues registering new products, which I expect is related to the same problem (whatever that problem is). Not sure how fast we can expect these kind of issues to be resolved over the Xmas break, which is not particularly good news if you've just got a Arturia product for an Xmas present but can't register it.
