Title: Assign a music file to one of the pads

Could someone explain how I might add a music file (backing) to play when I tap a specific pad on the KeyLab MK2?

I'm playing using Analog Lab but have a backing track I'd like to easily trigger on the fly. My thinking is that I could assign it to one of the pads in USER mode using the Midi Controller app.

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

There is'nt a build in audio player in the controller.
You need a software of some kind that can play the file, and where the play and stop buttons can be controlled by midi CC send out from the controller. The software could be a DAW or some other host. I have not searched the market for this, but i can suggest you do.
