Beatstep Pro , Disable Input Transpose
the settings in the MCC Device Settings page
under Transposition tab , seems to not doing anything.
changing channel or port have no effect and the sequencer is transposed by incoming midi input , no matter what the settings are set to.
consequences :
accidental key presses while sequence is playing can kill the music completely
there is no way of playing extra notes from connected devices
limitations :
limited connectivity workflow , with external devices and with ableton live playing/recording clips from sequences.
the Manual saying the option is there and describes the process of changing the Transposition settings as they should be , but it actually dosent do anything.
the thing is well known and many users complained for it in the forums.
