Title: Keystep last 2 keys not working

Dear Arturia,

On my keystep the last two keys do not seem to give any sound. This both with an RK-002 cable as with a normal midi cable. Is this a hardware or a software problem? And what can I do to try to solve it?

Return it. It's faulty. Don't  waste time trying to make it work.

I'm afraid I do not have the receipt anymore ... is there anything I can do myself perhaps?

I think it's one of those things where if you're asking then the answer is probably no. If it's less than 12 months old there should be a record of when and where you purchased it, even if it's just your credit card or bank statement, you have consumer rights to have it replaced or repaired.
