Hi Everyone,
Excitedly got my brand new Keylab 61 MkII yesterday and registered/installed to the letter. My excitement soon faded.
Running Windows 10PC, spec requirements far exceeded, Ableton LIVE DAW, Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 interface and no other music peripherals connected. Previous Novation Launchkey unplugged and Korg N1 Midi cables pulled out.
If I run Analogue Lab as a standalone or a VST in Ableton LIVE I can play through the gorgeous sounds on the keybed if I select them with the mouse. As soon as I touch any other controls on the Keylab, such as those for accessing Analogue Lab or even the mod/pitch wheels, the sound hangs, the software becomes (both Arturia and Abletone) go "not responding" and the keyboard no longer produces any sound. If I close the software down I cannot reload them. The only way back is a hard reset, and in some cases, two hard PC resets.
This clearly renders the whole purpose of the midi controller unusable.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing the Keylab or Analogue Lab to go 'not responding' whenever I do anything other than touch the keyboard itself?
I have raised a support ticket but it says to allow up to 48 hours for a response, which is frankly very poor.
I hope you can help, I was so excited to explore all of these great sounds and to get creative with this controller. Thanks.

The KeyLab MK II is only supported above Ableton Live 10.0.3

And I'm running the latest 10.1 build.
