Title: Keylab 61 Essential is sending C-2 note continuously

Hello,

I have problem that my Keylab 61 Essential is sending midi note C-2 continously, is there a way to solve this problem?

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

I can't tell if this is a hardware failure or not. Perhaps a firmware install can fix it, but i don't know. I don't have a Keylab yet, so i don't know if there is a setting, that can give this behavior.

If you are sure, the keyboard is sending a wrong output, then i suggest you contact Arturia support directly through your account.

Hi,  Please try as above to install the latest firmware or try a reset by holding both OCT buttons on power up
