Title: Factory Reset not working / key step not syncing to Ableton 10

Hi All,

Read all the other post on this topic before posting, but didnt see a solution. When I reset my keystep to factory settings, i still dont have any seqs or chords show up and my controller wont sync to ableton. No seq or arp will work. I have the clock set to USB, still no go. Have ableton set to send, rec, sync, still no go.

Keyboard works only as a midi controller.
