Where is the default preset (the ones user created) folder?

You find preset files here:

OSX: /Library/Arturia/Presets
WIN: C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets

On windows you need to enable to see hidden folders and files first if you have'nt allready as Programdata is hidden by default.

There is no Arturia file in ProgramData folder.

There should be. Otherwise your applications should not work and have any presets at all.
Both "Arturia" and "Presets" in the above paths is folders not files.
