Title: Some public sub-forums disappear after logging in

Just that, I log in to post some wish in the Matrixbrute Feature Request sub-forum, but then it says I do not have access?

Is it still the case now? You should be able to post replies, although through moderator approval.

Issue should now be fixed for newbies profiles.
