Title: looper mode not working

hi I just bought Beatstep Pro
firmware is 2.0.1.6
when I press shift + step 9 on sequencer 1/ 2 or drums it stays in roller mode
there is no light on the button when i press it either
any clue?

Can you change the roller/looper function while in control mode(grey box)?
