Title: Arturia V-Collection 6 and Previous CC MIDI Mapping Bugs

MIDI Mapping (tested on Mini V2 and Mini V3 as well as Modular) seems to block CC31 (both V2 and V3) and CC32 (V3) which means I can't map to my LaunchControl XL when it is in HUI mode as the MIDI sends seem to be fixed to the range Ch9 CC13-20 (first row) and Ch9 CC29-36.
