Title: "Save" and "Knobs" buttons not working

Recently got a BSP. The Save button doesn't do anything. I've read the manual and watched a tutorial on how to save and have followed the process. It doesn't save the project at all. Also the Knobs button doesn't work at all. I've upgraded to the latest firmware, and also done a hard reset twice. Any suggestions are welcome. I'm kind of wondering if the unit is malfunctioning. Thanks.
