Title: Chains don't start from the beginning

When I save a chain and I trigger it while the sequencer is playing it doesn't always start from the beginning.
Is there a way to change this?

Hi Mowgli,
Try changing "Wait to Load Pattern" setting (in the MCC or using SHIFT + STEP 14 in control mode).

But that actually waits to load the chain, I don't want it to wait, I want it to start from the beginning when I press it, not 4 bars later

It is not possible so.
If you it jumps without waiting and going at the beginning each time, it will be off sync...
The goal is to always be "synced"

Synched with what? as long as the change happens in time with the MIDI clock it will be in synch.
