Title: Keylab essential firmware

I've spent the last 5 hours trying to get my new midi controller to work. it cant update the firmware. I am at a complete loss and thinking of returning it for a different machine.

Hi,

Can you explain to me what exactly is the problem ? Why do you want to update the firmware of the unit ? What happens when you plug the unit to your computer using a USB cable ?
