Hi, today my Keylab Essential 61 has arrived, and immediately after plugging it in, the screen shows this error message (E0 Do Reset Factory): https://i.imgur.com/VDtM0Oo.jpg
I've tried to factory reset it by holding Oct+ and Oct-, and it shows the factory reset message. However if I press the center knob to confirm, nothing happens and it eventually goes back to the "E0" message.
Did I receive a faulty unit? I've tried to update the firmware but am constantly getting this same error message.

Hi,
Unfortunately I think you have to return your unit. It seems like a corrupted memory. This unit should not have left the factory as we are testing the memory.
Please, see with your dealer for a unit exchange, or if you buy it from the Arturia webstore, send a ticket to the support services they will get back to your very shortly.
