Right,
when you guys use the Audio Mod section and for example the Noise Mod to modulate VCO 1 with Blue noise engaged, do you guys also get pitch change the first go.
And then when turning back to center and move again it blends in noise normally.
And then back center it pitches osc again ?
So turn back, center, then back again alternates the function of the knob...

That's normal. AFAIK, the little spike is the modulation routing kicking in or out. It only occurs when you twist the knob slightly off center to just where the modulation target is 'selected' but not yet at more than 0. The initial  selection part of the knobs function is not in modulation range, so this will not occur when playing the sound.
