Title: Flashing of pads on Seq1 and Seq 2 when recorded notes are played.
Post by: Eggnchips on July 30, 2018, 08:52:45 pm
The pads flash when the respective recorded drum sounds are played. Why can’t the seq 1/2 pads do the same?

Hi Eggnchips,
The main reason is "because of the tessitura".

Because you cannot display a C0 at the same time as a C4 for instance.
For Drum part, you have 16 possible drums and 16 pads -> OK
For Seq1/2 parts, you 128 possible notes and 16 pads -> NOK

so make it show only the notes that are in the current octave

then i guess its a matte of midi input control , so no need to show notes on recording , only on playing
so it will be much more easy to follow a playing pattern
