I just purchased KeyLab 88 and I am having problem with MIDI Control Center not starting or not loading in Windows 10. Because of this, I cannot update the firmware and consequently not able to tweak the reversed sustain pedal bug. I have tried reinstalling MCC, I tried using different USB ports and disabling antivirus to no avail. This is quite exasperating...
Does anybody have a similar problem? Any solutions?
Thank you so much!

Same here with the Microfreak.
As soon as the Microfreak gets connected via USB, MIdi Control Center freezes.
Update:
Does not freeze on startup, but takes several minutes until connecting the Microfreak.
Although it freezes during firmware update. :-[

Same delay issue here, Keylab 49 on Win 10.

Not even a delay here, it just simply doesn't open - no matter if I sit and wait from dusk till dawn...
Very frustrating. I would just like to update my firmware and get the full potential of my device.
I don't even know if this issue is related to other USB devices or not, as I tried to remove basically everything but my mouse and keyboard, yet the damn Control Center doesn't wish to open. Please Arturia, look in to this asap.

Same problem as STRIGIDI.
Have contacted support about this back in september 2020 but no solution from Arturia other than clean registry for all midi entries and reinstall MMC.
Did not solve anything.
Have installed MMC on two different PCs now.
On my 11 years old desktop pc MMC works fine. Running Windows 10, version 1909, build 18363,1139.
On my 3 years old laptop pc MMC won't start. Runing Windows 10, version 2004, build 19041, 572.
If this is the reason why MMC works I don't know.
Please Arturia, look in to this and update the MCC sofware if this is the case.
