Title: How do i turn off random velocity?

You know the randomness dial, mine seems to make random velocity at any number and I was wondering if i could just have random steps instead, for it not to affect the velocity of the drums.
please advise :)

thanks for the reply.
it's not too unfortunate, now I'm adjusting an external compressor to try and balance the mix to my liking.
