Hello all. Recently purchased 3 new Sound Banks from Arturia and downloaded the installer from 'My Products' page. Product Page shows S/N, Unlock Code and 'Registered'. Installed using the installer which I've downloaded. However, the new Sound Banks aren't available under Analog Lab 3. Within Analog 3 Sound Store, the Sound Banks still show 'Buy'.
Arturia Tech Support had me delete the db.db3 file and deactivate, then re-activate my products, with no change. PC has been rebooted.
Previous Sound Bank purchases have installed without issues.
Anyone else have this issue? Any advice?

Hello. It appears that the Sound Banks are installing in the folders, however, they don't show in the Sound Banks, and in the Store they still show as 'Buy'.

Hi and welcone to Arturia forums.
Perhaps a stupid question. But have you tried to run ASC (and restarted AL3) after you have installed the preset banks?

Hello LBH. Thanks for the reply. Yes, ASC has been restarted, as well as the PC rebooted. Also in ASC, per Arturia Tech Support, I've deactivated and reactivated all my products with no change. AL3 has been restarted, as well. Even today, turned on PC, ran AL3, same issue.

FYI: I've just purchased another Sound Bank, but this time I purchased it through Analog Lab 3 Store instead of through Arturia's website, and it installed instantly and without issues. Something isn't syncing properly with Arturia on my other Sound Bank purchases.

Yes, I've sent several emails since last night but haven't heard a reply back yet. So, I just sent Sales a request to refund my order and I will re-order using AL3.

Yes. I received an email this evening about that. They'll resolve the issue on Monday.
No worries. Just thought canceling the order, then re-ordering it under AL3 would be the best solution. Make it as simple as possible.

Just to update, Arturia has resolved the issue and my Sound Banks are fully populating.
