Title: Have sequencer track 3 & 4 run separately from 1 & 2

Hi!

Matbe I have misunderstood something (most likely....), but I'm having trouble getting sequencer tracks 3 & 4 to work independently from 1 & 2. I have set 3 to pitch and 4 to gate, and patched it to cv and gate inputs of an external synth. However, I can hear clicks everytime sequencer track 1 plays a note, and can't change play direction on track 3/4without it also changing the direction of track 1/2. I was under the impression tracks 1/2 and 3/4 could run completely independent of each other?

Problem solved... The audio of the external synth came in via the external in. That's why I could here the gates of the other sequencer - they were sharing the same envelopes!
