Title: Keylab 61 / Analog Lab 3 Cutoff + Resonance are wrong way round

Hi,

got my Keylab Essential 61 today, but in almost all patches Cutoff and Resonance (the first two dial knobs on the Keyboard) are switched.

Is this a common issue? Can it be fixed?

Is this forum dead or unmoderated?

This Midi keyboard is the worst piece of plastic junk I've ever purchased. After 24h that made my room smells like chemical plasticizer and the promised "full integration" into the V Collection is a joke. Things work at random and then again don't. I cannot understand this product, Arturia makes such fantastic hard- and software. But this? They should be ashamed for this product and even more for charging 250€ for it.
