Title: PRST LNK changing patterns causes a pause between patterns

Since updating to 2.0.0.2 when I change patterns live there is a really noticeable delay in the sequencer rendering it unusable.

I'm talking about 20 to 30 m/s of a pause that throws all my other equipment right out of time.

What happened in the update? It's very noticeable when using PRST Link enabled.
