Title: Microtnal tuning/pitch adjustment with cents

Every single step's pitch might be adjusted by cents. As we can change pitch of every single step by semitones, we should be able to change it by even smaller resolution (Note +/- 50 cents).

Yes, but how would you output MIDI for small cents? With modulation wheel?

With pitch bend midi information. Of course it would work only with synths wich have pitch bend, but many of them have

And for CV it should be even easier to implement in my opinion
