Title: Send CC messages per step

I was wondering if it is possible to send midi CC messages per step to an instrument. For instance, I have a Moog Minitaur that I would like to change the filter setting per step, so you can get 303 style patterns. Is this possible using only the BSP? Or is it only possible to use it in controller mode to adjust the filter in real time?
