Title: suggested uninstall of demos

hi
On a Mac, what's the suggested/best way of uninstalling unwanted Arturia demo plugins? e.g. I tried CMI, but no longer want it appearing in DAW, and in the standalone Arturia folder in Applications.

If there's any help/FAQ please point me to it.
