Dear Supporters,
I just purchased and installed the CMI-V using the ASC.
It sounds lovely, and in particular I look forward to playing with the Time Synth (that's what really hooked me in the demo videos)
HOWEVER, currently there are no text labels on anything in the user interface screen:

I'm wondering if perhaps there's a font file that should have been installed, but wasn't?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.
You can try to unistall and re-install CMI V. Here is a guide to uninstall properly: https://www.arturia.com/faq/installation/uninstall-remove-a-software
Also you can try to update your graphic driver in case it's not.
Otherwise Arturia might need informations about your OS and your DAW if you use one.
Is it happening both as standalone as when used as a plug-in? What plug-in do you use?

LBH,
thanks for your reply.
I uninstalled the plugin using the ASC, and re-installed.
Still no text labels.
I checked the VSTi (64bit), VST3i (64bit), and the standalone: all the same problem
the screen grab above was taken from the standalone version.
I tested the plugin using my normal DAW: REAPER (x64).
I also tested it in FLStudio (VST3i and VST)
my rig is a Windows 10-based machine, i7 processor, 8 GB of RAM, Nvidia GTX1070 video card with 3GB of VRAM.
the OS is fully patched, and I'm using the latest drivers. REAPER is up-to-date.
any other thoughts? anyone?

This is the text in the link i ptovided on how to uninstall properly:
"To completely uninstall an Arturia plugin from a Windows computer, please go to the following folder:
C:\ProgramData\Arturia
And delete the product folder you would like to uninstall.
- Then go to this folder:
64-bits: C:\Program Files\Arturia\<concerned product>
32-bits: C:\Program Files (x86)\Arturia\<concerned product>
And simply click on the concerned product uninstaller"
So just in case:
I think it's ok you uninstall like you did. But have you also deleted the hidden CMI V folder in C:\ProgramData\Arturia? It sound like you did'nt. It can be very important to delete that folder.
To see hidden folders you have to do this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files
If you have done it all, and it still don't work, then i suggest you contact Arturia support directly. Copy and provide them the same fine technical informations you gave in your last post.

Thanks, LBH,
tried the long-form uninstall, removing those folders (where they still existed after the ASC uninstall), re-installed, and the issue is still occurring...
will try Arturia support.
