Hey guys, loving the new CMI V. I'm sure this was debated and discussed during development, but would really love to see better sample looping facilities.
I understand the "keeping it like the original" perspective - this is a good idea for things like the low sample rate/8-bit that really imbue personality, but in plain English, I'm hard pressed to think of a scenario where clicky loops are desirable or musically useful (I'd say they're the synth world equivalent of single-coil pickup hum).
Would love to see some kind of Antares Infinity-style "spectral distribution" looping, or in lieu of that, basic automatic zero crossing and crossfade looping.
Thanks for your time!

Yep this has been driving me nuts for a little while, been working on some covers recently that i know have fairlight parts on them but sans clicky loops....
