This is my last ditch effort. I have tried emailing, I did 3 service tickets and sent a message on FB and Twitter. No response at all.
I am trying to crossgrade to the V COLLECTION 6. It says I can do so for $250 USD. I went to do it, and the page timed out without taking my credit card info. I tried again, and same thing happened. All I want to do is give you my money and download these plug ins. Can someone, anyone, reach out and tell me what is going on? It says I have two orders pending, but I haven't paid anything, and it's going on 24 hours now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
