Title: alpha-numeric quality of gui
Post by: jackn2mpu on December 10, 2017, 07:11:12 pm
Watched (or tried to watch) Glen Darcey's tutorials on the CMI on YouTube and am hoping what I saw isn't in the real synth gui. The quality of the on-screen alpha-numerics looks worse than a 70's video game screen. Chopped off and squarish looking. I know the CMI is a child of the 70's but come on Arturia - you should be able to do better. Watching on a 25 inch computer monitor and YouTube full screen at 1080p and it's horrendous. Maybe Glen's computer screen is buggered or maybe it's the gui itself but whatever - it shouldn't be that bad.

Don't worry this is not the GUI. If you have a closer look you'll see it is the whole screen, including Studio One and Apple...

So it's the computer Glen is using for his tutorial then. Kind of sad when one is trying to showcase a plugin and it looks like a third-rate video game from back in the mists of time. Good to hear it's not the CMI GUI.
