I tried upgrading to the V6 using the email offer link, website kept crashing with a bad gateway error appearing before I could log into paypal or enter any details.
Checked my email have have 1 email saying thank you for you order with the serial/activation info and in my account there are 3 pending orders???
One of the 3 pending order number matches that on the email and this is registered on my account
Ive tried contacting support but theres no reply yet and I have no idea why there are 3 pending orders!
I also could not access the ASC so had to register offline.

Yeah,
I had trouble with the website yesterday, also. I figured it was caused by many people trying to purchase/download the new software. I was afraid I might have the issues you described, and I chose to wait a day to two to place my order.
It looks like the website is behaving nicely now.

I just can’t seem to get a reply from support!
Anyone know how long they tend to take to fix these things or just simply reply to a support ticket?
