I just bought AudioFuse and can't get the installation done. In one of the posts Germain gives the following reply:
i'm asking question 2 because i had some betatesters which were on windows 7 ( not the case here for sure) but who were never downloading microsoft updates for some reasons. Updating windows solved their driver issue ( it was driver error code 52) at that time.
As they didn't want to do massive updates for their computers, after some research i found the precise update to install.
As this seems exactly to be my problem I really would like to know which windows 7 update will solve the matter.
thanks,
Mischa

Hi Mischa, sorry for the delay ,and welcome on this board.
the specific windows 7 update i was referring to can be found following this article :
https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/articles/208813065-Scarlett-2nd-Gen-USB-Driver-will-not-install-on-my-Windows-7-machine (https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/articles/208813065-Scarlett-2nd-Gen-USB-Driver-will-not-install-on-my-Windows-7-machine)
Please note that Windows service pack 1 must be installed first for running this update.
please be sure to :
Completely uninstall AudioFuse control center
Unconnect your unit
Reboot your computer
install the update
install AudioFuse control center (last version 1.0.1.68 ,available here :https://www.arturia.com/support/updates&manuals (https://www.arturia.com/support/updates&manuals))
connect your unit.
Hope this helps,
best,
