Title: Keylab essential does not work with Pro Tools, problem with HUI connection

Yesterday I bought my Keylab and I've been trying to make it work with Protools for about 8 hours!
I read all the information about Arturia about how to configure it.
When doing so in the way they indicate, a window appears that says: "Pro Tools can not be linked to HUI" (I attached an image using Pro Tools in Spanish).
This window cuts the connection between my Keylab Essential 61 and my Daw.

I am using Pro Tools 12.5
The firmware of my Keylab is 1.1.2.61
I use audio interface an Apollo Twin Duo

I hope you can help me! I do not know what else to try.
