Title: Beatstep pro no drum gates

Hello, i just discovered that i have no signal comming out of the 8 drum gates jacks.
I did the firmware update and i did the factory reset (TRNS LNK + PRST LNK...)
On the latest midi control center i tried the drum gates modes positive and negative.
My oscilloscope show voltages out of the sequencer 1&2 cv and Gates jacks but nothing out of 8 drum gates!
Is it possible to fix this thru the midi control center diagnosis? But it require a password?
I already lost one day in trying, patching, updating,...
Is there anyone here who can help me?

Hi panomega,
Try the lower pad row (C, D, E, F, G, A, B, C)

• Left C is output 1
• D is output 2
• E is output 3
• F is output 4
• G is output 5
• A is output 6
• B is output 7
• Right C is output 8

Hello Le Grec!
Yes as i use the pads the drum gates signals  are comming out!
I was only using the upper 16 pads row, it look like the signal has to be activated thru the A,B,C..down row big pads.
