Title: V Collection 5 activation/ registration/ download problem

When I try to register V collection 5 with the serial number given to me in my e-mail i get the message that the registration failed. Also I noticed that under " my products" my order for the v collection says "license is pending". Also it doesn't show up under "my products" in the ASC.
