Title: Virtually doubling the rotating encoders using Shift in Control Mode

It would quite interesting to have more controllers using rotating encoders while maintaining the Shift key pressed,
i.e. 32 rotating controllers instead of 16.
In the configuration program, each button configuration would require the normal and the shifted version.
I hope it's clear enough.
