Title: Hold button behavior with external USB sync

Hi:

I have a feeling that the answer to this question may be, "You clearly don't understand the arpeggiator very well", but here it is anyway ;).  In ARP mode, with internal sync, the HOLD button behaves as expected -- you hit some keys and it continues to run the arpeggiator until you release the hold.   If i change to external clock via USB, the HOLD button can no longer be engaged.

Is this the expected behavior?  Should I not be able to get the arpeggiator-HOLD to work with an external clock source?

All help appreciated.
