Title: How sensitive are your pads?

Hi,
Sometimes pressing gently on any of my 12 pads, "Kick1", "Kick2".... doesn't make sound, I either have to press a bit hard or I have to keep my finger on it and press it several times gently to make repeated and fast sounds.
I am not sure if this is normal behavior or my device has a defect, I couldn't find any place that I can configure my pads sensitivity. And it's the same on all 12.
any idea?
I am comparing the pads sensitivity to my ableton push 2.

Hi samerghosn,

• Have you already updated to the latest firmware?
• If yes, and the problem is still there, there is a pad calibration procedure. Try opening a ticket to support, they will guide you
