Although a huge fan and a happy iOS Arturia products owner for years, I bought my first Arturia hardware just a few days back. So I am forum newbie.
When I turn off the switch on the backpanel my brand new Keylab 61 doesnt switch off. The blue screen keeps on blinking while the switches on the front panel sequntially turns on, same behaviour when you turn on the unit. It seems like the keyboard is looping beetween a switch off/switch on statuses.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I tried opening an inquiry to Arturia. The team is very kind and committed to resolve, no joy so far though. I tried to reload the 1.33 firmware (which was already onboard) but the process does not finalise successfully. Any help anyone? Thanks in advance
