Title: CV output only when transmit channel equals the system channel

I've found that I want to be able to switch away from my modular stuff sometimes.
It would be handy to have the option to make the CV connections only generate signals when the KeyStep is set to the MIDI channel that is the "main" channel.

Or have an option to have CV/Gate only send to specific midi channels when desired.
