Title: grand piano model d code is not on my account after registration

i registered my arturia mini lab mk2 on the website and only got ableton live 9 lite. grand piano dose not show on my account and i dont know what to do. if there is a way to get it pleas let me know thank you.

Hi Rubix18,

Our sincere apology for the temporary inconvenience as we ran out of activation codes for UVI Grand piano. So we will ask you to be a little patient until we receive new licenses from UVI company and add them to our database.

We will contact you as soon as possible and provide you the UVI Grand piano serial Number.

I have exactly the same problem. Neither the grand piano nor Ableton are listed in the Arturia Software Centre. I don't need Ableton, but I would like the piano. How do I find it?

I have the same problem, neither of the codes can be found on the account.  :( What should I do?
