Title: How to determine the exact BPM set by the rate knob

I am trying to determine what exact BPM rate is set by the rate knob on the Microbrute. I can guess it, but it's not an exact science. To be clear, I'm trying to make the metronome on GarageBand match up exactly with the tempo of the Microbrute's sequencer. Any ideas? Any tips?

I'm new at this, but I think you need to connect your Microbrute with a MIDI cable to make this work.
The Midi will then sync with the beat you set in Garageband.
