Anybody know where i can find a walkthrough to setup a microbrute in logic x?

As a midi device ? Please tell us what you want to do exactly.

As an external synth. I want to be able to input midi notes in logic piano roll and have the synth play etc

You should connect your MicroBrute with USB to your MAC and set it as a MidiController for input and output in LogicX.
